JANUARY 2012

January 20 – American Legion/Red Cross Blood Drive.  Donations accepted between
2pm and 6pm.  Sponsored by the AM Legion Post 298 and The American Red Cross – Badger/Hawkeye Region

MARCH 2012

March 3 – District 205 Foundation Fund Raiser – details to follow

March 18 – Lion’s Pancake Breakfast – doors open 8am-12:30pm serving pancakes, sausage, apple sauce, coffee and milk and includes a Relay for Life Bake Sale.  Sponsored by the Apple River Lion’s Club. 

March 20 – General Elections – details to follow

March 31 – Apple River Volunteer Fire Department Ham Supper - details to follow.

JULY 2012

July 15 – Apple River Volunteer Fire Department Consignment Auction – doors open at 8am.  Lawn and garden, household items, antiques, guns, cars, trucks and boats.

AUGUST 2012

August 31 – St. Joseph’s Fish Boil – details to follow

OCTOBER 2012

October 21 – Lions Pancake Breakfast – doors open 8am-12:30pm serving pancakes, sausage, apple sauce, coffee and milk and includes a Relay for Life Bake Sale.  Sponsored by the Apple River Lion’s Club. 

NOVEMBER 2012

November 3 – Apple River Presbyterian Church Craft Fair and Luncheon – details to follow.

November 6 – General Elections – details to follow

November 10 – Apple River Volunteer Fire Department Pork Chop Dinner.  Doors open at 4:30pm. 16oz Iowa Pork Chop dinner includes potato, veggie, salad, dinner roll and dessert.  Cash bar.  Questions call 815-541-3866.
